Create calendar for the tasks

  • Right click over the calendar window and choose Options from the context menu.
  • Click the Calendars icon in the top of the dialog.
  • Click Add... to create a new calendar.
  • Choose iCalendar Format (you can choose also some other calendar format if you wish (not Google Calendar though since it doesn't support tasks)).
  • Pick a path and name for you new calendar.
  • Click OK to apply the settings.


Change the skin settings

  • Go to the options again.
  • Click the Skins button.
  • Click the Advanced >>> button to show the advanced skin options.
  • Select the Todo List from the available list and click the right arrow to move it to the active skins.


  • Select the Shadow4 - Todo List.1 and click the settings button.
  • Choose the Default calendar as the Visible calendar.


  • Do the same for the Shadow4 - Todo List.2 but choose the calendar which you created earlier as the Visible calendar.
  • Click OK to apply the settings.

You can now create new tasks to each list separately by choosing the calendar when you create the task.


The tasks which are are created to the default calendar go to the other to do list than the tasks which are created to the work calendar.


You can also filter the tasks by the category if you don't want to create separate calendar for the different lists. Just choose the categories in the Included categories the to do list should show and Excluded categories for the other list so that it doesn't shown the same categories.
